Thanks for wanting to know more about how we support people and groups boldly working toward a healthier, more integrated world.
Did you know the closest pharmacy is your mind? ‘Thinking makes it so’ is an adage that accurately explains the physiology of stress in our anatomy. Until this information becomes required course curriculum in business, we are here to help you manage the energy you need to proceed.
Our Stress Optimization Skills system combines eastern and western modalities to promote creativity and stamina.
Health is true wealth!
“As the world environment changes, so do the skills for success. The successful will be those who have mastered the basics of change, how to anticipate it, how to manage uncertainty and ambiguity, and ultimately how to proactively create the changes necessary to bend the future to more preferable outcomes. And the time to teach those skills is now.”

The body responds to a perceived threat by shunting blood from the front of the brain – where executive function/critical thinking occurs. We have evolved this response to move life sustaining blood to our core in case our limbs are injured as we fight or flee. Most of our current threats require us to think of solutions rather than engage in mortal combat or retreat.
Human biology has not yet adequately adapted to the constant flow of new stimuli which our brains initially receive as threats. Therefore, the future belongs to those who understand how the onslaught of options and information triggers hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol at a near constant rate and can control how they respond.

We've been there. We understand.
We Teach the Resilience We Practice Daily.
When you can systematically and reliably interrupt the natural Fight, Flight, or Freeze reactions with intention and speed, you minimize the erosive effects of chronic stress. Much of this stress is below our conscious awareness. It shows up as brain fog, sleep disturbances, anxiety, belly fat and emotional volatility.
As you grow your proficiencies in noticing and neutralizing autonomic stress reactions, you become able to quickly shift the chemical cascade in your body from a chronic fear response to a dynamic choice that preserves the cognition needed to decisively navigate your situation.
